The D28 3D Welding Table with HRC60 Hardened Alloy Tool Steel Surface is a high-end, heavy-duty equipment. It undergoes 100% comprehensive factory testing, and each finished product comes with a test report and certificate of conformity. The testing covers four core dimensions: accuracy, hardness, load capacity, and compatibility, as follows:
- Hardness Test: The surface hardness of the table is tested using a Rockwell hardness tester. At least 5 random points are tested on each table, and the hardness must be ≥HRC58, with an average of HRC60±2;
- Geometric Accuracy Test: A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is used to test the flatness, perpendicularity, hole position tolerance, and center distance of the table surface. All indicators must meet the standards;
- Load Capacity Test: The table undergoes a static overload test (loaded with 1.5 times the rated load and left for 24 hours). The table must show no deformation or cracks;
- Fixture Compatibility Test: Standard D28 fixtures are installed to test the smoothness of insertion and removal, and the positioning accuracy. Repeatable positioning accuracy ≤0.03mm;
- Levelness Test: A laser level is used to test the overall levelness of the table, with an error ≤0.05mm/m²;
- Bracket Strength Test: The bracket undergoes a vibration test (simulating welding vibration for 2 hours). The bracket must show no loosening or deformation;
- Appearance Inspection: The table surface is inspected for dents, chipping, and scratches, and the bracket is inspected for paint defects and welding defects. The completeness of accessories is also checked;
- Splicing Accuracy Test (for multi-unit splicing models): After splicing, the overall flatness and height difference are tested, with an error ≤0.08mm/m².
Select specifications based on demand: Base your selection on workpiece weight/size, welding accuracy, and usage frequency. Avoid blindly choosing heavy-duty models (which increase costs) or under-specifying with standard models (which won't meet production needs);
Prioritize precision: For automated welding/precision fixturing applications, prioritize 50mm grid spacing + precision-ground tabletop; for general heavy-duty welding, choose 100mm grid spacing to balance efficiency and cost;
Compatibility principle: Prioritize standard D28 hole patterns for compatibility with internationally available fixtures, avoiding limitations on future accessory purchases;
Long-term use principle: For high-frequency use/harsh environments, always choose an HRC60 alloy tool steel tabletop. This single investment will reduce long-term maintenance costs.
