Selection Guide
1. Workpiece Size Selection
Small precision parts (such as automotive parts, small aerospace components): Choose worktables with dimensions of 500×500mm or 1000×1000mm, balancing precision and footprint.
Medium-sized structural parts (such as engineering machinery frames): Choose dimensions of 1500×1000mm or 2000×1000mm, supporting multi-part clamping.
Large workpieces (such as rail transit vehicle bodies): Multiple small worktables can be spliced together, using splicing plates/connecting bridges to enhance overall rigidity, which is more cost-effective than directly purchasing an extra-large worktable.
2. Material Selection
Cast iron (HT300): Good shock absorption, low thermal deformation, suitable for high-precision welding scenarios, but heavy and requires a forklift for handling, suitable for fixed workstations.
Steel (Q355/45# steel): High strength, lightweight, highly mobile, suitable for multi-station workflow, but slightly less thermally stable than cast iron, requiring the use of heat insulation pads.
3. Surface Treatment Selection
Nitriding treatment: High hardness, prevents welding slag adhesion, long service life, suitable for high-frequency welding operations, and is the mainstream choice.
Chrome plating treatment: Excellent rust resistance, suitable for humid/dusty workshop environments, or projects exported to high-humidity regions.
