The CE Certified D16 Cast Iron Welding Table and Fixture is a high-precision, heavy-duty, modular 3D flexible welding fixture system. It uses D16 (φ16mm) standard precision holes as the core positioning reference, features a high-grade cast iron (HT300) tabletop and a high-strength steel frame, and is CE (EN ISO 12100, etc.) safety certified. It is designed for multi-variety, small-to-medium batch, high-precision welding/assembly applications, allowing for quick fixture assembly to achieve precise workpiece positioning and deformation-resistant clamping.

Core processing technology
- Material Melting: High-quality pig iron, scrap steel, and ferrosilicon are used as raw materials and melted according to precise proportions. Spectroscopic analysis is performed before casting to ensure the cast iron contains 2.8%-3.2% carbon and 1.8%-2.5% silicon, guaranteeing a balance of hardness and toughness.
- Precision Casting: Resin sand molding is used, with mold accuracy ≤0.05mm, preventing casting defects such as sand holes, pores, and shrinkage. After casting, the table surface undergoes natural aging treatment (≥6 months) to eliminate internal casting stress and prevent subsequent deformation.
- Rough Machining and Heat Treatment: The cast blanks are first rough-milled to remove excess material; then stress-relieving annealing is performed (550-600℃, holding for 4-6 hours) to further eliminate internal machining stress; heavy-duty models receive additional medium-frequency quenching treatment to increase the surface hardness to HB220-260.
- Fine Machining and Surface Treatment:CNC gantry milling is used for precision grinding, ensuring flatness and surface roughness meet specifications; holes are machined using a CNC drilling and boring machine, ensuring H7 accuracy and hole distance tolerance of ±0.05mm; finally, plasma nitriding treatment is performed (520-560℃, holding for 8-10 hours) to form a 0.15-0.25mm nitrided layer with a hardness of HV450-630, improving wear resistance, rust prevention, and resistance to welding slag adhesion.
- Accuracy Testing: Each table surface is tested for flatness using a laser interferometer and for hole position accuracy using a coordinate measuring machine. Test reports are provided with the goods, ensuring compliance with ISO 8764 and CE certification accuracy requirements.
