- Octagonal Tabletop: The tabletop is a regular octagon with evenly distributed positioning holes on both the sides and ends, providing unobstructed 360° operating space. It is suitable for robotic welding, multi-station collaboration, and complex workpiece circumferential welding, offering 40% improved accessibility compared to rectangular table fixtures. Standard sizes include φ1000–φ2000mm (side length 600–1500mm), height 200–250mm, and custom sizes are available.
- 28mm Precision Positioning Hole Array: Utilizing precision grinding + plasma nitriding treatment, the hole diameter is φ28mm, with a hole spacing of 100mm (right-angle/diagonal grid). Hole position coaxiality is ≤0.02mm, and flatness is ≤0.05mm/1000mm. The octagonal hole array supports multi-axis fixture installation, with a single-hole load capacity of ≥5kN, suitable for high-frequency clamping.
- High-Rigidity Table Body: Made of S355J2+N/40Cr tool steel, the tabletop thickness is 25–30mm. The bottom is reinforced with welded stiffening plates and undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The overall weight is 700–1800kg, resisting welding vibrations and workpiece heavy load deformation, with a load capacity of ≥8000kg.
- Surface Strengthening: Plasma nitriding + BAR coating, achieving a hardness of 450–850HV, resistant to welding spatter and corrosion. It ensures long-term use without surface damage, reducing maintenance costs.

- Positioning Accuracy: Tabletop flatness ≤0.05mm/1000mm, hole parallelism/perpendicularity ≤0.02mm; combined with System 28 fixture system, workpiece positioning accuracy ≤0.02mm, meeting high-precision interchangeability requirements of auto parts and engineering machinery.
