The System 28 modular welding table features precision-ground octagonal fixturing holes based on 28mm diameter positioning holes. Its octagonal tabletop design, combined with precision grinding, provides 360° omnidirectional workspace, high rigidity, and micron-level positioning accuracy. It is specifically designed for automated welding, heavy structural components, and precision small parts welding, making it suitable for Industry 4.0 flexible production lines and multi-product batch manufacturing.

The octagonal hole array supports multi-axis fixture installation, with a single-hole load capacity of ≥5kN, suitable for high-frequency clamping.
  • High-Rigidity Table Body: Made of S355J2+N/40Cr tool steel, the tabletop thickness is 25–30mm. The bottom is reinforced with welded stiffening plates and undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The overall weight is 700–1800kg, resisting welding vibrations and workpiece heavy load deformation, with a load capacity of ≥8000kg.
  • Surface Strengthening: Plasma nitriding + BAR coating, achieving a hardness of 450–850HV, resistant to welding spatter and corrosion. It ensures long-term use without surface damage, reducing maintenance costs.
