Installation Features

The entire machine features a modular design, requiring no professional installation team upon arrival. Only leveling is required (adjustable support feet with a 0-50mm range), which can be completed with a spirit level. A single person can put it into operation within one hour.
Models with forklift slots can be directly moved by forklift, adapting to workshop production line layout adjustments; some mobile models are equipped with heavy-duty casters for flexible switching between multiple workstations.

Maintenance Highlights

Surface Maintenance: The plasma nitrided + BAR coated tabletop does not require frequent rust prevention treatment. Daily maintenance only requires cleaning welding slag from the holes with a high-pressure air gun or wiping surface oil stains with alcohol.
Accuracy Calibration: If slight accuracy deviations occur after long-term use, contact the manufacturer for tabletop precision grinding and repair.
