1. Plasma Nitriding Process

Principle: In a vacuum plasma environment, nitrogen atoms penetrate the surface of the workpiece to form a dense iron nitride (FeN) layer. The depth is controllable, and it does not alter the base material composition or core strength.

  • Surface hardness is increased to 450–850 HV, and wear resistance is 3–5 times better than ordinary quenched steel;
  • Fatigue strength is increased by 20%–40%, reducing deformation and cracking caused by welding thermal stress;

2. BAR Coating Auxiliary Protection

Composition and Function: A special high-temperature resistant anti-welding spatter coating that is tightly bonded to the nitrided layer, providing double isolation from welding slag, oil stains, and humid environments.

  • Welding slag does not easily adhere, eliminating the need for strong grinding during cleaning, thus avoiding damage to the nitrided layer;
