  1. First Use: After unpacking, spray the work surface and all holes with a rust-preventive lubricant (such as WD-40), then wipe with a clean cloth to remove any trace oil film and dust from transportation and storage.
  2. Base Surface Protection: Always use the work surface as the positioning reference and avoid performing destructive operations such as direct hammering, grinding, or cutting on it. If you need to strike a workpiece, use a copper hammer or place a wooden block between the workpiece and the work surface.
  3. Correct Tightening: Use the provided hex wrench or torque wrench to tighten the clamps. Avoid using extension bars for forceful tightening, as this may damage the threaded holes. When tightening diagonal holes, follow the diagonal sequence and gradually increase the force.
  4. Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the workbench. Heavy workpieces should be placed as close as possible to the main support points (such as directly above the base feet or reinforcing ribs).
