Diagonal holes: Hole positions are arranged along the diagonals of a 100mm × 100mm grid (including the center hole), increasing clamping points compared to a straight grid, and suitable for multi-angle fixing of irregularly shaped parts.
Nitriding treatment: Plasma/gas nitriding is used to infuse nitrogen atoms into the surface layer, forming a nitride layer that improves hardness (typically HV450–850), wear resistance, resistance to welding slag adhesion, and rust prevention, extending service life.

- First Use: After unpacking, spray the work surface and all holes with a rust-preventive lubricant (such as WD-40), then wipe with a clean cloth to remove any trace oil film and dust from transportation and storage.
- Base Surface Protection: Always use the work surface as the positioning reference and avoid performing destructive operations such as direct hammering, grinding, or cutting on it. If you need to strike a workpiece, use a copper hammer or place a wooden block between the workpiece and the work surface.
- Correct Tightening: Use the provided hex wrench or torque wrench to tighten the clamps. Avoid using extension bars for forceful tightening, as this may damage the threaded holes. When tightening diagonal holes, follow the diagonal sequence and gradually increase the force.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the workbench. Heavy workpieces should be placed as close as possible to the main support points (such as directly above the base feet or reinforcing ribs).
- Utilizing the Advantages of the Nitrided Layer: The nitrided surface has extremely high hardness but is susceptible to concentrated point impacts. Handle sharp and heavy objects carefully and avoid scratching the surface directly with hard objects.
