Inner Layer Rust Prevention and Protection The platform work surface and internal grooves are evenly coated with anti-rust oil, then covered with anti-rust film and vapor phase anti-rust paper, sealed to isolate moisture and air. Fixtures and other accessories are individually packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in waterproof PE bags to prevent shaking and wear during transportation.

Middle Layer Cushioning Protection Thickened rubber corner protectors are installed on the four corners of the platform, and EVA foam boards are laid on the tabletop to absorb the impact force generated by transportation bumps and prevent corner collisions and deformation. Pearl cotton is filled between the accessory box and the platform body to eliminate gaps and prevent mutual friction.

Outer Layer Load-Bearing Packaging Export-grade fumigation-free plywood wooden crates (compliant with ISPM 15 standard) are used, with a box panel thickness of ≥18mm, and anti-slip wooden blocks are added to the bottom to enhance overall load-bearing capacity. The platform is fixed to the inside of the wooden crate with steel straps to prevent displacement during transportation; metal edge and corner protectors are added to the outer wall of the crate to improve impact resistance.

Marking and Documentation The outside of the crate is clearly marked with: product model, specifications, gross weight/net weight, dimensions, lifting points, and internationally recognized transportation markings such as "moisture-proof," "fragile," and "this side up." The crate includes a packing list, product certificate, quality inspection report, fumigation certificate (if required), and installation instructions. These documents are sealed in a waterproof document bag and secured in a prominent location inside the crate.
Factory Loading and Packaging Verification
Equipped with professional forklift operators and loading teams to ensure that packaged pallets are lifted and placed smoothly, without tilting or collision.
Before loading, a comprehensive verification of packaging integrity, label clarity, and moisture-proof measures is conducted, and a loading verification report is issued.
Customs Clearance Support
Providing a complete set of customs documents, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, product certificate of conformity, and wood packaging fumigation certificate (if required).
Complying with import regulations of different countries and regions, accurately declaring product HS codes to avoid customs detention risks; for markets such as Europe and the United States, providing CE certification-related documents to meet market access requirements.
In-transit Tracking and After-sales Feedback
After the goods are dispatched, real-time logistics tracking services are provided, including container location, transit port arrival time, and estimated arrival time at the destination port, with logistics status updates provided to the customer every two business days.
After the goods arrive at the destination port, we assist customers in confirming the integrity of the goods. If any damage occurs during transportation, we will provide solutions immediately.
Transportation Damage Prevention: For long-distance sea transport, desiccants are placed inside the wooden crates to prevent rust caused by sea air and moisture; shock-absorbing pads are installed at the bottom of the crates to reduce vibration and impact during sea transport.
Emergency Response Mechanism: If the goods are damaged during transportation, on-site photos and verification reports will be provided within 24 hours, and solutions will be negotiated with the customer, including sending replacement products, providing repair parts, or providing appropriate compensation based on the extent of the damage.
Core Warranty
The platform's main structure (tabletop, support frame) is covered by a 2-year warranty. During the warranty period, deformation or cracking caused by material defects or welding process issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Standard positioning components such as slots and threaded holes are covered by a 1-year warranty. Precision degradation or wear and tear not caused by human error will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Damage caused by customer misuse (such as exceeding the weight limit, welding directly on the tabletop, or forceful disassembly/assembly of fixtures), natural disasters, or improper storage is not covered under the free warranty. Paid repair services are available.
