The 3D D28 Welding Table with Five-Sided Machined Working Surfaces is a heavy-duty modular 3D welding fixture table. Its top surface together with four vertical side faces are all CNC-machined working datums, fitted with Φ28 mm H7 locating holes in 100 mm grid pitch. Complete stress-relief treatment minimizes structural deformation. Material options include Q355 steel and HT300 cast iron. Optional ion nitriding delivers high hardness against welding spatter and wear. This welding table supports multi-direction clamping and inter-table splicing, fully compatible with global D28 fixture accessories, ideal for heavy fabrication and robotic welding cells.

  1. Steel plate/cast iron blank, artificially aged to relieve stress and prevent later deformation
  2. CNC five-sided milling, top surface + four sides are all milled flat
  3. Precision boring of D28 standard holes
  4. Shot blasting; nitriding hardening treatment optional
  5. Bottom surface reinforcing rib structure to ensure rigidity; millimeter scale can be engraved around the perimeter

A: No, it is optional. Shot-blasting is the basic finish. Ion nitriding reaches surface hardness HV550-900, greatly improves anti-spatter, wear-resistant and anti-rust performance, extending table service life. It is strongly suggested for high-volume welding workshops.
Q: Are your tables compatible with mainstream D28 fixture accessories?
A: Yes. Our 3D D28 welding table is fully interchangeable with global standard D28 fixture accessories including locating pins, angle blocks, clamps, V-blocks and splicing connectors. You can reuse your existing D28 tooling sets.
Q: Can multiple tables be spliced together for a larger working area?
A: Yes. Thanks to five-sided machined side datums, tables can be connected side-by-side with special splicing pins. Do not tighten tables only by bolts, otherwise table deformation will occur. We can control accumulated splicing tolerance upon request.
Q: Are table legs and clamping accessories included in table price?
A: No. The quoted price is for table top only. Table legs, adjustable feet and all fixture accessories are ordered separately. We can supply complete one-stop packages.
Q: Can you provide inspection & measurement protocol?
A: Yes. We can supply factory inspection report covering flatness, side perpendicularity and hole-position tolerance. For nitrided tables, hardness test record is also available.
