Modular welding table with 50mm pitch
,Welding fixture table with 16mm holes
,D16 welding table with modular design
Our D16 Modular Welding Table with 50mm Pitch and 16mm Holes is a full 5‑sided 3D modular welding fixture platform engineered for precision sheet‑metal fabrication, small‑medium assemblies and robotic welding workflows. Featuring Φ16 mm H7 tolerance locating holes and compact 50×50 mm grid pitch, this welding table delivers fine‑adjustment positioning for complex multi‑angle clamping.
Built with stress‑relieved base and gas‑nitrided surface, it maintains long‑term flatness and strong resistance against welding spatter and mechanical wear. Fully interchangeable with global standard D16 series tooling including locating pins, quick clamps, riser blocks and angle jigs. Multiple units can be spliced to expand working dimensions.
Available in Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron, Grade‑1 and Grade‑0 flatness options for manual or robot‑driven production. Custom sizes, support legs and accessory kits are on offer. Material certificates and CMM inspection reports can be provided upon request.

- 50×50 mm grid pitch, Φ16 mm H7 locating holes, 5‑sided fully CNC‑machined for true 3D clamping.
- Uniform 12 mm tabletop thickness, reinforced internal stiffener ribs for structural rigidity.
- Static load tested under proper installation with all support legs fully contacting ground. Overloading is prohibited.
- Material Optional: Q355 steel / HT300 cast iron. Flatness Grade‑1 ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm; Grade‑0 ≤0.05 mm/1000 mm for robotic welding.
- Custom non‑standard dimensions are available upon customer request.
- Standard Legs: Height-adjustable legs with leveling feet; rated load capacity of 900-1,000 kg per leg; total static load capacity of 2 tons for the tabletop (5-10 tons for reinforced versions).
- Optional Configurations: Mobile caster assemblies, hydraulic lifting legs (for height-adjustable welding tables).
- Multi-unit Joining: Use D16 connecting locks and locating pins to join multiple tabletops into a larger surface; the gap at the joint must be ≤0.03 mm, and the 50 mm hole grid pattern must remain continuous across the assembly; ensure even load distribution across all legs during assembly—no legs should be left suspended in mid-air, as this will quickly lead to deformation.
For extra-large welding tables, a single-piece design is not recommended; a multi-piece D16 joining configuration is preferred to reduce risks associated with transportation and lifting.

- Customizable tabletop dimensions (length and width)
- Choice of accuracy grades: Grade 0 or Grade 1
- Material options: Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron
- Customizable nitriding hardness (HV550-900); high-hardness versions require a mold steel substrate
- Millimeter scale markings on the tabletop surface
- Base/leg options: standard adjustable legs, mobile base with casters, or hydraulic lifting base
- Chamfering and protective treatment of tabletop edges and corners
- Laser engraving of customer logo (excluding the working area)
- Supplied with a standard accessory kit (locating pins, clamps, spacers, L-brackets)
Our customer shared his actual working‑site photo of the modular welding table after in‑house usage. He is considering selling his old set and purchasing another new table from us, which proves high recognition of our table's build quality.
He mentioned he is running short of some matching tooling accessories and plans to source extra jigs & clamps. The table performs reliably in his daily welding‑fabrication workshop under real‑world working conditions. Even with heavy‑duty daily use, the table keeps stable structure for multi‑angle clamping and assembly work.
Lead‑time for new table production is around 20 working days during peak‑order season. We support direct home‑delivery for accessories, helping customers avoid complicated freight import procedures.
