Pre‑assembled heavy steel legs with cross bracing and leveling feet enable fast on‑site setup right after delivery. Perfect for manual welding and robotic welding stations. Interchangeable with mainstream D28 clamping parts, supports multi‑unit extension.   • Process: Ion plasma nitriding; temperature 480-540°C; duration 8-12 hours; nitriding treatment applied to the inner bore walls and all five working surfaces
  • Nitrided layer depth: 0.25-0.35 mm; surface hardness HV550-900 (HV870 available for custom mold steel versions)
  • Performance: Resistant to weld spatter adhesion and wear, with mild rust resistance; weld spatter is easier to knock off after cooling and less likely to fuse or seize onto the table surface
  • Limitations: The nitrided layer is a thin surface coating; aggressive grinding or sanding of the working surfaces is prohibited, as this removes the nitrided layer, leading to rapid wear and rusting
  • Alternative surface finishes: Black oxide or spray coating; performance is significantly inferior to nitriding, typically used for budget-friendly models
Material Comparison: Compared to cast iron (HT300) welding tables, steel is more susceptible to pitting caused by high-temperature weld spatter; cast iron offers superior vibration damping and lower thermal expansion. However, steel tables excel in impact resistance and durability against hammering, are less prone to edge chipping, and are lighter, resulting in lower shipping costs.

Standard D28 holes on the top surface and all four sides enable 3D positioning; serves as an ideal reference platform for the welding, assembly, and inspection of complex frames, housings, and chassis.

Complete Unit with Legs

Ready for immediate use upon unboxing, placement, and leveling--no on-site base welding required; standard leg height is 800-850 mm, designed for ergonomic welding operations.

Splicing and Expansion Capabilities
D28 3D welding tables can be joined together to create an extra-large working area--for example, a 2×2 configuration resulting in a 4000×3000mm surface.
  • Joining is achieved via the D28 holes on the sides, using D28 locating pins and locking bolts to securely fasten the tables together
  • The flatness deviation at the joint seam is controlled to ≤0.15mm
  • Note: The foundation floor must be perfectly level; otherwise, height discrepancies (steps) will occur at the joints
  • For work surfaces exceeding 4000mm, joining multiple smaller tables is the preferred approach over using a single large plate, as the latter presents extreme difficulties regarding transportation and lifting
