V-shaped positioning block for 3D welding table
- V-groove opening: Mainstream angles are 90°/120°/130°/135°. 90° offers high centering accuracy for small to medium-sized round tubes; 120°/130° provides a larger and more stable contact area, suitable for large diameter tubes or heavy loads.
- Bottom positioning structure: Equipped with D16 (φ16) or D28 (φ28) standard positioning holes, fixed to the welding platform grid holes (50/100mm spacing) via positioning pins/locking pins. It can be installed in any position with a repeatability accuracy of ±0.02mm.
- Material and hardness: High-strength alloy steel/40Cr, surface hardened to HRC45-50, wear-resistant, deformation-resistant, and resistant to welding spatter damage.
- Working principle: Utilizing the self-centering characteristic of the V-groove, after the cylindrical workpiece is placed, the axis automatically aligns with the V-center, and it can be fixed with the clamping device without complex adjustments.
