- Dual-angle design: Quickly switchable between 180° and 45° angles, adaptable to various complex workpieces including flat surfaces and corners, broadening its application range
- Flexible and adjustable: Telescopic arm + 360° rotation, combined with spindle fine-tuning, fully adaptable to workpieces of different sizes and positions
- Stable and reliable: High-rigidity material + self-locking structure, impact-resistant and non-loosening, ensuring welding accuracy and operational safety
- Highly efficient operation: Plug and play, one-button locking, quick clamping and releasing, significantly improving workpiece positioning and welding efficiency
- Strong compatibility: Perfectly compatible with D28 series welding stations, can be combined with other accessories to form a complete flexible positioning system
- Durable: Rust-proof and wear-resistant treatment, replaceable wearing parts, low maintenance costs, and long service life
- Sheet metal welding, frame welding, cabinet welding (e.g., electrical distribution boxes, equipment housings)
- Steel structure processing, pipe welding, support assembly (e.g., building steel structures, engineering machinery supports)
- Positioning and welding of automotive parts and engineering machinery parts
- Assembly and positioning of tooling fixtures and testing fixtures
- Flexible production lines for multiple varieties and small batches (no need for frequent fixture changes, adaptable to different specifications of workpieces)
- Welding of complex workpieces requiring simultaneous flat pressing (180°) and oblique pressing (45°) (e.g., irregularly shaped parts, stepped parts, box corners, etc.)
Installation Notes: When inserting the positioning column, ensure it fits tightly with the positioning hole on the welding table and tighten the positioning pin to prevent loosening. After switching angles, confirm the locking mechanism is in place to prevent angle shift during welding.
Maintenance: Regularly clean welding slag and dust from the fixture surface and apply a small amount of lubricating oil (to the screw area) to extend its service life. Replace worn parts promptly if problems such as worn clamping heads or stuck threads are found.
Safety Tips: When clamping the workpiece, ensure the clamping force is moderate to avoid damaging the workpiece with excessive force or causing displacement with insufficient force. During welding, avoid touching high-temperature parts of the fixture to prevent burns.
Purchase Tips: We offer other types of clamping accessories. The clamping head can be replaced with stainless steel or other materials. For custom orders or other sizes of telescopic clamps, please contact us.
