Pressing Head and Clamping Assembly

- Protective Design: Pressure head incorporates high-temperature resistant rubber/nylon cushioning pads to prevent workpiece surface damage and protect the fixture from welding sparks.

Operation Instructions
- Positioning: Insert the positioning pin at the bottom of the clamp into the standard hole on the welding table. A distinct "click" sound indicates successful locking and positioning.
- Distance Adjustment: Slide the clamping rod to adjust the opening to accommodate workpiece thickness, ensuring the pressure head makes proper contact with the workpiece surface.
- Locking: Press the ratchet handle with one hand, applying continuous pressure until the workpiece is completely secured. The ratchet mechanism will automatically lock in position.
- Releasing: Press the quick-release button to automatically retract the clamping rod, allowing for workpiece removal or clamp position adjustment.
- Storage: When not in use, the clamp can be directly inserted into spare holes on the welding table, eliminating the need for separate storage and optimizing workspace efficiency.
