High Precision Nitrided Surface D28 Modular Welding Table is a heavy-duty 3D modular fixturing solution for modern metal fabrication. Adopting D28 Φ28mm hole system with 100 mm grid pitch, the tabletop undergoes full five-sided nitriding treatment for outstanding wear-resistance and anti-spatter performance. With strict CNC machining and artificial stress-relief, it maintains long-term flatness and positioning accuracy. Compatible with global D28 clamping accessories, it supports quick setup, multi-table splicing and robotic welding applications. Available in Q355 steel and HT300 cast iron to satisfy different workshop working conditions.

Potential Fault Checklist
- Fixture insertion/removal jamming: Check for metal filings inside the hole; verify the hole's H7 tolerance; misalignment of the hole grid after splicing requires readjustment of the splicing locking pins.
- Stubborn weld slag adhering to the worktable: The nitriding layer has been damaged by grinding; continue large-area grinding is prohibited; localized nitriding can be repaired.
- Dimensional deviation of the workpiece after welding: Recheck the flatness of the worktable; check for loose support feet; confirm whether the ground has settled.
- Locating pin wobbling: Wear on the inner wall of the hole, generally due to insufficient nitriding layer or prolonged overload use.
