D16 Modular 3D Welding Table overview Upgrade your welding workflow with the D16 Modular 3D Welding Table with Precision Surface. This 5-face fixture system adopts Φ16 mm holes on 50 mm grid, combining stress-relief treatment, CNC machining and nitrided surface for stable accuracy and spatter resistance. Compatible with full range of D16 clamping accessories, it enables fast fixture change-over for varied workpieces. Splicing capability allows larger working surface. Suitable for manual welding and robotic automation. Q355 steel / HT300 cast-iron optional, OEM & ODM are welcome.

  • 5-Sided 3D Hole System: The top surface and four sides are all machined with Φ16 through holes, allowing for horizontal and vertical multi-angle positioning and clamping of workpieces. Ideal for frames, boxes, and sheet metal parts, eliminating the need for additional tooling supports.
  • 50mm Fine Grid Advantage: Compared to the D28 welding table (28mm hole diameter, 100mm hole spacing), the D16 welding table has a denser hole grid and more positioning points, suitable for small parts, precision sheet metal, and batch production of small workpieces. The disadvantage is that the load-bearing capacity per hole is weaker than the D28 welding table, making it unsuitable for ultra-large and heavy components.
  • Modular Fixture System: Comes with D16-specific accessories: positioning pins, right-angle positioning blocks, clamps, support blocks, and angle blocks. Quick assembly and disassembly allow for product changes only by replacing the fixture, eliminating the need for re-welding tooling. High repeatability and positioning accuracy.
  • Precision Machining Table: CNC milling combined with manual aging to relieve stress reduces welding heat deformation. Nitriding treatment prevents weld slag from adhering to the table, facilitating cleaning.
Besides welding, it can also be used as an assembly platform and a scribing platform for inspection.
