Our D16 3D Welding Table with 16mm Hole and Grid System is a five-sided modular flexible welding fixture platform built for precision small-to-medium fabrication. Featuring standard 50×50 mm grid system and φ16 H7 precision-reamed locating holes, this 3D welding table enables full X-Y-Z multi-direction positioning and clamping across the top and four side working faces.

Manufactured from stress-relieved Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron with plasma nitrided surface treatment, it delivers outstanding flatness, wear resistance and anti-spatter performance. Fully compatible with the complete range of D16 modular accessories, multiple tables can be connected to expand working area.

Ideal for sheet-metal works, tubular assemblies, prototype development and robotic welding cells with high repeat-accuracy requirements. Custom sizes and support frames are available upon request.

Manufacturing Process for Q355 Steel Welding Tables

Steel plate cutting → Welding of bottom reinforcing ribs → Overall stress-relief annealing (to eliminate internal welding stresses and prevent subsequent warping/deformation) → CNC 5-sided milling of all working surfaces → Drilling and reaming of D16 positioning holes (reaming ensures a hole diameter tolerance of φ16.065-16.149 mm) → Engraving of a 50×50 mm grid scale on the table surface → Plasma nitriding treatment → Final precision inspection (CMM inspection of flatness, hole spacing, and perpendicularity).

Manufacturing Process for HT300 Cast Iron Welding Tables

Resin sand casting → Initial annealing for casting stress relief → Rough machining → Shot blasting → CNC 5-sided precision machining, hole reaming, and grid engraving → Plasma nitriding → Full CMM inspection prior to dispatch.
