Working principle
- Installation and Fixing: Insert the clamp base into the grid positioning holes of the 3D welding table. Initial fixing is achieved using the positioning pins on the base, ensuring no relative movement between the clamp and the table surface.
- Workpiece Placement: Place the workpiece to be welded on the positioning datum surfaces of the clamp and welding table, and adjust the workpiece position to the required welding angle.
- Ratchet Clamping: Operate the ratchet wrench to drive the clamping arm of the fixture towards the workpiece until the workpiece is firmly clamped; the ratchet mechanism automatically locks to prevent the clamping force from releasing.
- Welding Operation: After clamping, welding can be performed. After welding is complete, operate the ratchet wrench in the reverse direction to quickly release the workpiece.
