The D28 Welding Table for Construction Equipment Part Welding is a heavy-duty, flexible welding workbench with a D28 hole system (Φ28mm positioning holes, 100mm standard grid) specifically designed for welding, assembly, and fixturing of heavy structural components and wear parts of construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and road rollers. - Tabletop Blank Processing: Utilizing thick plate CNC flame cutting + edge milling, the raw material is Q345B low-alloy high-strength steel (single plate without splicing), eliminating the risk of weld cracking. The base thickness is ≥50mm, with 60/80mm options available for heavy-duty models, ensuring load-bearing capacity;
- Overall Heat Treatment: The tabletop undergoes 850℃ quenching + 550℃ tempering + overall stress relief annealing to eliminate internal stresses from cutting and processing. Brinell hardness is ≥280HB, preventing plastic deformation when welding heavy workpieces, and ensuring long-term flatness stability;
- Precision Hole Machining: D28 hole system is processed by CNC drilling and milling + precision reaming. Hole wall roughness Ra≤1.6μm, hole diameter tolerance H7 grade, ensuring smooth and secure insertion and removal of locating pins. Cumulative tolerance of 100mm grid spacing ≤±0.03mm/entire table;
- Frame Welding Process: The base uses 120*80mm thick-walled rectangular tubes, robotically welded with full penetration welds. Welds are inspected by UT ultrasonic testing, free of pores and slag inclusions. Stress relief treatment is performed again after welding to ensure frame rigidity and prevent shaking when lifting heavy workpieces;
- Surface Treatment Enhancement: Given the high levels of welding slag and humidity in engineering machinery workshops, the standard configuration includes QPQ salt bath nitriding treatment (replacing ordinary powder coating). A 5-8μm nitride layer is formed on the surface, with a hardness of HV≥750. Welding slag is easily removed and does not adhere, and rust and corrosion resistance is increased by 4 times. Hot-dip galvanizing + nitriding double treatment is available for coastal/outdoor workshops;
- Assembly and Calibration: After assembly of the tabletop and base, the entire tabletop is leveled using a marble straight edge + dial indicator. Leveling feet are equipped with M36 high-strength threads, preventing stripping under load. After successful calibration, a precision inspection label is attached. Each unit is individually inspected, and an inspection report is provided.
- Warranty Period: 3-year warranty for core components of the entire machine (tabletop, frame, leveling feet), covering accuracy deviations, structural deformation, and weld cracks not caused by human error; free replacement parts/repairs are provided. Wear parts (locating pins, clamps) have a 6-month warranty, which is longer than the warranty period of ordinary welding tables;
- Warranty Coverage: Covers manufacturing defects, explicitly excluding damage caused by human operation (such as overloading, hammering the tabletop), natural disasters, or failure to maintain according to the manual. The warranty card is clearly marked in both English and Chinese to avoid ambiguity;
- Lifetime Service: Lifetime supply of spare parts at factory price, including core components (D28 locating pins, leveling feet, grounding terminals); lifetime free remote technical guidance (WhatsApp/Zoom/WeChat/email), including video tutorials.
- Product Specifications: Before placing an order, please confirm the countertop dimensions/thickness, hole accuracy, surface treatment, and accessories. A purchase contract will be signed after confirmation. Modifications are generally not supported after the contract is signed, except in special circumstances;
- Delivery Time: Standard models have a delivery time of 15-20 days, customized models 20-30 days, and sample orders 7-10 days. Delivery time starts from the date the deposit is received. In case of delays due to force majeure (such as epidemics or port congestion), customers will be notified 3 days in advance;
- Packaging and Logistics: Default packaging is IPPC fumigated solid wood crates and full container sea freight. If customers require other packaging/logistics methods, they must inform us in advance, and the extra costs will be borne by the customer;
- Acceptance: Customers must complete acceptance within 7 days of receiving the goods. The acceptance criteria are based on the purchase contract/technical parameters. For quality problems not caused by human factors, free repair/replacement will be provided if reported within 7 days. After this period, the goods will be considered accepted;
- After-Sales Service: For quality problems during the warranty period, customers need to provide product photos/videos/model numbers. After confirmation, we will provide a solution within 48 hours. On-site service for overseas customers (fees to be negotiated), free remote guidance, and replacement parts will be shipped via overseas warehouse/international express.
