For large welded structures, thermal deformation is a major challenge. This system allows for flexible multi-point, multi-directional clamping from optimal angles, avoiding internal stresses caused by forced restraint. Through reasonable support and sequential welding, it can actively control and significantly reduce overall workpiece deformation, reducing subsequent correction work.

Rapid Changeover: Switching from one workpiece to another usually only requires adjusting or replacing clamp positions, without replacing the entire tooling. Changeover time can be reduced by more than 80%.
