Product Description
16mm Hole 3D Welding Table for Stainless Steel Welding Work

The 16mm Hole 3D Welding Table for Stainless Steel Welding Work is specifically designed for stainless steel welding applications. Its core features include 5-sided positioning, modular fixturing, high-precision grid holes, and rust and wear resistance. It addresses the challenges of difficult positioning, significant deformation, and poor fixture versatility often encountered in stainless steel welding. It is widely used in precision welding and small-batch flexible manufacturing of stainless steel sheet metal, pipes, frames, equipment housings, and more.

Hole diameter 16mm (D16)
Grid spacing 50mm × 50mm
Tabletop material HT300 cast iron / Q355 steel (optional)
Tabletop thickness 12–14mm
Standard dimensions 1200×1200mm, 2400×1200mm (customizable)
Positioning accuracy Flatness ±0.1mm/m

Cost-effectiveness advantage
  • Compared to ordinary flat welding tables: the unit price is 30%-50% higher, but it reduces the costs of stainless steel welding deformation correction and fixture replacement, resulting in a 60%+ reduction in overall costs over the long term;
  • Compared to customized stainless steel dedicated fixtures: the unit price is only 1/5-1/3 of that of customized fixtures, one platform is compatible with multiple workpieces, eliminating the need for customized fixtures for single products, making it highly cost-effective for small-batch production;
  • Export advantages: 16mm is an international standard, so overseas customers do not need to adapt to non-standard parts, resulting in lower after-sales costs and greater pricing flexibility (gross profit margins in European and American markets can reach 40%-60%).
Comprehensive security protection across all scenarios
  • Tabletop Safety Protection: The edges are rounded and polished, free of sharp edges or burrs, preventing scratches during operation; the tabletop has pre-drilled holes for splash guard installation, allowing for the addition of a stainless steel splash guard to prevent welding spatter from burning operators;
  • Electrical Safety Protection: Standard configuration includes an independent grounding terminal with a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω, preventing static electricity during stainless steel welding, protecting both the welding equipment (TIG welder/laser welder) and preventing electrostatic discharge from damaging precision stainless steel electronic components;
  • Fixture Safety Protection: The stainless steel-specific fixtures feature an anti-slip and anti-loosening design, ensuring no slippage after clamping, preventing workpieces from falling and injuring personnel or damaging equipment during welding; heavy-duty fixtures are equipped with safety latches to prevent locking failure;
  • Operational Safety Protection: Anti-slip rubber feet are installed on the four corners of the tabletop to increase friction with the ground and prevent the tabletop from sliding during welding; the accompanying fixture handles are made of high-temperature resistant silicone material to prevent burns;
  • Environmental Safety Protection: The tabletop has a reserved interface for a fume extractor, allowing direct connection to an industrial fume extractor to remove harmful fumes such as chromium and nickel generated during stainless steel welding, complying with EU occupational health and safety standards (OHSAS 18001).

Practical tips for workshop use
  1. After each use, wipe the locating pins/locking bolts clean and apply stainless steel-specific anti-rust oil. The holes should be cleaned weekly using a dedicated cleaning needle.
  2. The fixture's movable joints should be lubricated monthly with silicone-free lubricating oil to prevent seizing and to avoid affecting the quality of the stainless steel welding surface.
  3. The work surface should be calibrated monthly using a 0.02mm precision level. If the deviation exceeds ±0.1mm/m, fine-tune it using the adjustable feet at the bottom, making small adjustments slowly and carefully.
  4. If slight rust spots appear on the work surface, lightly sand them with 2000-grit wet sandpaper, then spray with a nitriding layer repair agent to prevent the rust from spreading.
  5. After welding heavy workpieces, promptly check if the holes on the work surface are deformed. If seizing occurs, lightly repair them with a 16mm dedicated reamer. Do not force the locating pins into the holes.
