- Triple Stabilization Treatment of the Frame: After full welding, the frame undergoes stress relief annealing, vibration aging, and natural aging treatments. Frame deformation is controlled within 0.03mm, preventing warping and deformation during long-term use.
- Precision Hole System Processing:The Φ16mm holes undergo reaming and polishing, resulting in an inner hole roughness of Ra1.6μm and H7 tolerance. This ensures smooth and gap-free insertion and removal of locating pins, preventing loose positioning.
- Complete Product Inspection and Calibration: Each unit undergoes full-dimensional inspection using a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). Out-of-tolerance holes are manually fine-tuned.
