Positioning and Support Class
Positioning Blocks / Stoppers: 90° clamping plates, universal stoppers, V-blocks, etc., for achieving right-angle, angle, and circular positioning of workpieces.
Height Adjusting Blocks / Adapter Plates: Used for adjusting the height of the workpiece and adapting to different fixture interfaces. Made of nitrided steel / stainless steel.
Rotation / Angle Accessories: Rotation tables, angle gauges, adjustable supports, meeting the requirements for inclined / multi-angle welding.

- Five-sided workholding capability: Breaks through the limitation of the traditional countertop being only usable on the upper surface. The four sides + bottom surface can all be clamped, suitable for irregular workpieces.
- Balance of accuracy and lifespan: Nitriding surface combines wear resistance and rust prevention. A 12mm countertop + reinforced ribs design ensures long-term accuracy stability, with a normal working condition lifespan of ≥ 10 years.
- Cost adaptation: Compared to the 28mm heavy-duty system, the procurement and maintenance costs are lower, suitable for scenarios with budget constraints but high accuracy requirements.
Wide temperature range adaptability
The countertop and accessories have been professionally treated for temperature resistance, enabling stable use in extreme temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 180℃. They can be suitable for outdoor welding operations in cold regions and also meet the continuous production requirements of high-temperature workshops, without causing deformation, cracking or rust layer detachment due to drastic temperature changes.
Corrosion resistance enhancement option
The standard model can meet the rust prevention requirements for general industrial environments; for special scenarios such as high salt spray and chemical corrosion in coastal areas, stainless steel countertops or double-layer nitriding + electrostatic painting treatment can be selected. The salt spray test tolerance time is increased to over 1000 hours, significantly extending the equipment's service life.
