The D16 3D welding table is a modular and flexible welding fixture. The table surface and sides feature φ16mm positioning holes arranged in a standard 50mm grid pattern. Combined with standardized clamps, it allows for quick positioning and clamping of workpieces along the X/Y/Z axes. It can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled to adapt to different workpieces, while simultaneously meeting the requirements for precision, stability, and safety in mass production. It is an efficient alternative to traditional dedicated fixtures.
