Processing Technology
  1. Casting/Blank Processing
    Cast Iron Model (HT300): Formed via sand casting and subjected to two rounds of artificial aging (high-temperature stress relief) to thoroughly eliminate internal casting stresses. This critical step prevents table warping or deformation during long-term use, ensuring sustained precision. The blank undergoes sand removal and flaw detection to ensure the absence of defects such as air pockets, sand inclusions, or cracks.

    Steel Structure Model (Q355): Cut from a solid steel plate with a dense grid of reinforcing ribs welded to the underside. The entire structure undergoes post-weld annealing for stress relief to prevent surface misalignment caused by welding stresses.
  2. Machining Processes
    Five-Sided Milling: The top surface and all four sides are milled flat in a unified process, ensuring the fundamental flatness and perpendicularity of all faces of the 3D welding table.

    Precision Grid Hole Boring: A specialized CNC boring machine is used to machine all Φ16 reference holes in a single operation. This guarantees a uniform 50mm grid spacing and consistent tolerances and coaxiality across all holes.

    Edge Chamfering: All edges and corners are chamfered with an R2-R3 radius to prevent injury to personnel or damage to workpieces, while also avoiding edge chipping caused by stress concentrations.

    Reference Surface Precision Grinding: The working surface undergoes secondary finishing on a high-precision grinder to further minimize flatness errors.
