Our D28 3D modular welding table comes pre-configured with heavy-duty clamps and 0-180° angle adjustment fixtures. Optimized for heavy-plate welding, chassis fabrication and robotic-welding stations, it adopts Φ28 mm H7 holes on a 100 mm five-sided hole grid to realize reliable 3-dimensional clamping.
Processed by stress-relief aging, five-side CNC milling and plasma nitriding, the table retains high flatness with strong wear- and spatter-resistant properties. It supports multi-table splicing for extra-large workpieces, allowing you to replace costly custom jigs and accelerate workpiece setup.

Keep holes clean from welding slag with copper scraper. Lubricate lock pins and movable angle parts periodically. Never strike, grind or strike-arc directly on the nitrided tabletop surface.
