Our Custom Thickness D28 3D Welding Table (150mm / 200mm Cast Plate) is a heavy-duty, fully customizable cast iron welding platform designed for professional fabrication, mechanical engineering, and robotic welding production lines. Built with high-grade HT300 gray cast iron, this 5-sided 3D fixturing table delivers extreme rigidity, zero thermal deformation, and long-term precision stability for heavy-load, high-frequency welding work.
Available in 150mm standard heavy thickness and 200mm super heavy-duty thickness, and fully custom thickness upon request. All tables adopt standard D28 (Φ28mm) hole system with 100×100mm grid, fully compatible with universal 3D welding jigs, clamps, pins, and fixture accessories.
