Heavy Equipment Frame Fabrication D28 3D Welding Table is specially engineered for heavy equipment frame fabrication. It is widely used for excavator frames, loader chassis, mining truck bodies, crane bases, and large structural steel welding.
Different from standard light-duty D16 welding tables, the D28 100×100mm hole grid and Φ28mm pin system provides ultra-high rigidity, heavy load capacity, and zero-deformation clamping for thick steel plates (10-60mm). It replaces traditional custom jigs and enables one-clamp multi-model production for mechanical frame workshops.

The D28 heavy-duty welding table adopts an integral box-type reinforced structure with dense bottom stiffeners, which effectively solves the deflection problem caused by long-term heavy load of large frame workpieces.
Under full rated load, the table maximum deflection is ≤0.03mm per meter. It maintains stable structural rigidity during long-cycle welding, effectively resists welding thermal stress and workpiece gravity deformation, and ensures zero dimensional deviation of finished heavy equipment frames.
