D16 3D Table with Easy Cleaning for Daily Light Welding Operation
The 3D Precision Welding Table Fixture D16 Steel Welding Table is designed for everyday light-duty welding tasks. It retains the classic D16 design with a Φ16mm 50*50mm precision hole grid, while also featuring an easy-to-clean surface, a slag-resistant design, and a lightweight construction. This table combines precise positioning, flexible clamping, and convenient cleaning for high-frequency workshop operations.
| Positioning hole system | Φ16mm locating holes, 50*50mm grid |
| Hole position accuracy | ±0.05mm |
| Machined surface | 5-sided precision machining (top + 4 sides) |
| Flatness | ≤0.05mm/m² |
| Countertop thickness | 12mm |
| Load-bearing capacity | Uniform load capacity ≥ 800kg, single-point load capacity ≥ 100kg |

Key design highlights
- Seamless Tabletop Structure: The tabletop has no protruding welds or recessed grooves, and the edges are rounded and beveled. Weld slag and spatter will not get stuck, and it can be quickly cleaned with a brush or compressed air without disassembling any parts;
- Anti-stick Surface Treatment: A micro-smooth coating is added on top of the nitriding treatment to prevent weld slag from sticking to the tabletop during low-temperature welding. No hard tools such as scrapers are needed for cleaning, preventing scratches that could affect positioning accuracy;
- Drainage/Slag Removal Holes: Shallow grooves and small drainage holes are reserved around the tabletop. If using coolant or rust remover for cleaning, the liquid can be quickly drained through the grooves, preventing accumulation and corrosion of the tabletop.
Material and structural reinforcement
- Main Material: The D16 3D Table with Easy Cleaning for Daily Light Welding Operation uses Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel (replacing traditional cast iron), resulting in a 30% weight reduction compared to cast iron models, making it easier to move within the workshop (can be used with a universal wheel base). At the same time, its strength is higher than ordinary carbon steel, and it has stronger resistance to welding heat deformation;
- Reinforcement Rib Design: The bottom of the table uses a cross-shaped lightweight reinforcement rib design (instead of dense ribs), which reduces weight while ensuring support rigidity. The gaps between the ribs facilitate cleaning of accumulated dust at the bottom and prevent rust;
- Overall Welding + Aging Treatment: After welding, the main body undergoes low-temperature aging annealing to eliminate internal welding stress, preventing warping and deformation of the table surface after long-term use, and ensuring the coaxiality of the positioning holes and the flatness of the table surface (flatness error ≤0.05mm/m).
Ease of movement and installation
Designed to meet the needs of flexible workbench adjustments in daily light welding operations, installation/relocation requires no specialized tools and is adaptable to the space layout of small workshops:
- Installation Method: The D16 3D Table with Easy Cleaning for Daily Light Welding Operation supports direct floor installation (simply adjust the bottom leveling bolts to ensure the tabletop is level), eliminating the need for fixing to a concrete base, allowing for flexible relocation later based on the workshop layout;
- Optional Mobile Base: A lightweight base with swivel casters and brakes is available. The table can be easily moved by one person by releasing the brakes, and then locked in place after positioning to ensure stability during welding, suitable for multi-station rotating welding scenarios;
- Tabletop Expansion: Supports the use of multiple tables joined together (standard connecting plates included). If occasionally larger light workpieces need to be welded, 2-3 tables can be joined together to form a larger tabletop. The overall flatness error after joining is ≤0.1mm/m, which does not affect positioning accuracy.
