The D28 Assembly Welding Table For Tack Welding And Dimension Inspection is purpose-built for daily workshop assembly workflows. This modular D28 fixturing platform uses a 100 mm pitch grid with accurately machined Φ28 H7 holes to create repeatable locating points for all kinds of metal fabrications. Set up your stops and clamps, secure the workpieces, complete tack welds, then carry out dimension and diagonal checks directly on the tabletop. The nitrided surface shrugs off welding splatter while stress relief processing prevents gradual warping under regular use. Compatible with universal D28 fixture hardware and supportable via multi-table splicing, it cuts down custom fixture lead times and keeps your first-piece inspection consistent from run to run.

- 3D Welding Table (Recommended Standard Model): The top surface and all four sides are precision-milled and feature a full grid of D28 holes. Providing five reference surfaces, it allows for vertical side-clamping, upright workpiece positioning, and the construction of 3D fixtures; it is ideal for dimensional inspection of racks, frames, and enclosures.
- 2D Welding Table: Features holes only on the top surface, with smooth, solid sides. A more cost-effective option, it is suitable only for laying out workpieces flat or for basic positioning during spot welding.
- Integrated Reinforcement Grid: The underside incorporates a cast or welded grid of stiffening ribs, positioned directly beneath the hole pattern. This ensures uniform load distribution and prevents localized deformation (collapse), which is essential for maintaining long-term flatness.
- Edge and Hole Design: The table edges feature R3/R5 chamfers to prevent cuts and the accumulation of weld spatter. Additionally, the holes are countersunk, ensuring that inserted pins sit flush with or below the table surface, thereby avoiding any interference with measurements.
- Standard Fixed Legs: Welded square-tube construction, equipped with fine-adjustment threaded rods and rubber vibration-dampening pads. Offers an adjustment range of 50-80 mm; each leg can be adjusted individually, and the unit should be leveled using a frame spirit level.
- Custom Extended-Height Legs: Available in heights of 600, 700, or 800 mm to suit the specific operational height requirements of the customer's workshop.
- Optional Upgrades:
- Mobile Legs with Casters: Includes brakes; suitable for moving the unit between workstations. (Note: Leveling and accuracy must be re-verified after any relocation; not recommended for long-term, stationary inspection stations.)
- Floor-Anchored Bases: Secured to the floor using expansion bolts; provides vibration resistance—ideal for robotic welding or high-precision inspection stations.
- Hydraulic Lifting Supports: Allows for vertical adjustment of the entire unit; suitable for accommodating different operators or for integration with positioners (comes at a higher cost).
A: Yes. Our tables comply with the CE Machinery Directive. CE documents and factory inspection reports can be provided for your import clearance and workshop audit.
A: Standard sizes usually take 15-25 working days. Custom sizes, Grade 0 precision and cast iron versions require longer production time. We will confirm exact lead time on your quotation.
A: We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. Our sales team can quote shipping cost to your target port or warehouse.
A: Both options are available. You can order just the table, or select a fixture package including rapid locking pins, angle stops, support blocks and clamps. We have basic, medium and full fixture bundles for selection.
