Designed exclusively for automated robotic welding, our D16 modular 3D plasma nitrided welding table provides a durable, high-accuracy 3D fixturing base. With 5-sided precision-machined Φ16 H7 holes on a 50mm grid pattern, it enables flexible workpiece setup from every direction. The plasma nitrided surface resists welding spatter buildup and reduces pin-hole wear, preserving critical flatness and positioning tolerance over thousands of cycles. Swap and reconfigure fixtures quickly without custom jigs, or connect multiple tables to scale up for large assemblies. A trusted foundational platform for MIG, MAG, CMT and laser robotic welding processes.

- Resistance to weld spatter adhesion: Spatter can be easily removed with a light scrape, eliminating the need for frequent application of anti-spatter agents. This reduces contamination on robotic welding torches and workpieces while minimizing downtime required for cleaning.
- High wear resistance and hole integrity: The holes remain resistant to enlargement even with repeated insertion and removal of quick-locking pins or the application of clamping pressure, ensuring long-term stability in the robot's repeat positioning accuracy.
- Low-distortion process: Plasma nitriding is performed at low temperatures, resulting in minimal distortion of the welding table. This preserves the flatness achieved during initial precision machining—a critical factor, as table warping is highly detrimental to robotic operations.
- Rust and corrosion resistance: The surface remains resistant to rust and spotting, even in humid workshop environments or areas exposed to welding fumes and flux.
- No risk of coating delamination: Unlike paint or sprayed-on coatings, which can chip or peel upon impact, the nitrided layer is a modification of the base material itself, offering a significantly longer service life.
- Ideal for sheet metal parts, small frames, aluminum alloy structures, stainless steel piping, small components for construction machinery, and automation frameworks.
- Suitable for robotic welding cells, integration with positioners, flexible production lines, and small-batch, high-variety manufacturing.
- Designed for precision welding tasks that require a dense array of mounting points, multi-angle auxiliary support, and fine-tuned positioning adjustments.
The D28 Welding Table is suitable for large vehicle chassis, heavy-duty structures, thick-plate components, and extra-large tooling/fixtures. It offers higher clamping force, though the mounting points are more sparsely spaced.
- Compatible with mainstream 6-axis arc welding robots, including KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB, and UR collaborative robots.
- Ensure the robot's working radius covers the entire welding area on the table.
- Prevent welding torch interference: ensure that fixture blocks and clamps do not collide with the welding torch or wire-feed conduit.
- Fume extraction: the table can be designed with integrated slag-drop openings and an underside suction duct (customizable features for automated cells).
A: Yes. All five faces have standard D16 holes. We supply dedicated connecting pins and connection blocks for side-to-side or end-to-end splicing. Every table needs independent levelling and CMM re-inspection after assembly to guarantee overall flatness.
A: Each shipment includes MTC (material test certificate), CMM inspection report, hardness test record, and packing list. CE documents are available. SGS test report can be arranged on request.
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP are all available. HS code: 73269000.
A: Yes. Send us your workpiece drawings or photos, and we can provide a custom fixturing layout proposal and recommend the matching D16 clamp set.
