This D16 3D welding fixture platform uses Φ16 H7 precision holes and a 50 mm grid layout. Five-side machined surfaces enable 3-axis fixturing to hold parts aligned accurately during assembly and welding. Stress relief and nitriding options prevent deformation and spatter buildup. All D16 clamps, pins and blocks are cross-compatible. Suitable for manual and robotic welding of sheet metal and tubular structures.

Accessories for the D16 and D28 welding table systems are not interchangeable. The accessory system includes:
- Positioning: Quick-locking pins (wedge-style / ball-lock pins), positioning stops, V-blocks (for positioning round tubes), L-shaped square blocks, angle squares, and locating pins.
- Clamping: Screw clamps, toggle clamps, pneumatic clamps, and hydraulic clamps.
- Support: Adjustable support pins, riser blocks, and angled support blocks.
- Auxiliary: Grounding clamps, spatter trays, protective cover plates, and measuring scales.
- Clean off weld spatter after each use; do not aggressively grind the table surface, as this can damage the nitrided layer and compromise flatness.
- Regularly clean and apply grease to locking pins to prevent wear or seizing within the holes.
- In humid environments, take precautions against rust; while nitrided surfaces offer superior rust resistance compared to standard steel, they are not permanently rust-proof.
- Periodically verify the flatness of the table using a spirit level and make fine adjustments via the leveling feet; avoid subjecting the table surface to high-impact blows from heavy objects at any single point.
- Do not strike an arc directly on the table surface using high current for extended periods, as this can cause ablation (erosion) of the working surface.
We provide a 12-month warranty for the D16 welding table, covering manufacturing defects (processing error, material problem). The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, impact, overload, arc burning on the tabletop, or normal wear of fixtures, locking pins and clamping parts.
