The D28 Flexible Welding Table is a modular heavy fixturing platform built for fabricators running mixed heavy welding jobs. Instead of investing time and raw materials into disposable welded jigs for every new part, your team rearranges standard D28 accessories on the 100mm grid. It cuts recurring jig costs, speeds up order turnaround and clears up floor space previously occupied by idle tooling.

Tolerance and Positioning System
- Hole Specifications: Φ28mm H7 precision-bored holes; hole diameter range Φ28.065–28.149 mm
- Grid: 100 × 100 mm; hole center-to-center tolerance ±0.03–0.05 mm
- Flatness: Standard version ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm; high-precision robotic version ≤0.05 mm/1000 mm
- Side Perpendicularity: ≤0.1 mm/200 mm
- Pins: h6-fit quick-locking pins; repeatability (positioning accuracy) ±0.05 mm

The complete Lemar D28 series accessory set is fully interchangeable with industry-standard components, making it compatible with D28 welding tables from various European and American brands:
- Core Positioning: Ball-lock pins (hardened to HRC 58–62)
- Angular Positioning: 90° squares, adjustable angle blocks (30°/45°/60°), and extended angle brackets
- Support Components: Adjustable support pins, V-blocks (for positioning round or square tubing), and telescopic support columns
- Clamping Components: Screw-type clamps, lateral clamps, and heavy-duty quick-action clamps (D28 clamps offer significantly higher single-point clamping force than D16 versions, making them ideal for thick plates)
- Joining Components: Connecting pins, locking blocks, and extended connecting plates
Customers can purchase accessories in stages — starting with the welding table and a basic starter kit, then adding specific components as needed based on the types of workpieces. This eliminates the need for a large, one-time investment in the entire set.
We offer two primary base materials: Q355 steel and HT300 cast iron.
Process: Cutting → Initial aging → Rough milling → Secondary stress-relief annealing → Five-sided CNC precision machining and precision boring of H7-tolerance holes → Shot blasting → Ion nitriding.
Nitrided layer: 0.3–0.5 mm thick with a hardness of HV550–950. The inner walls of the holes are also hardened, ensuring they remain resistant to wear even with frequent insertion and removal of locking pins.
Advantages: Excellent toughness, high impact resistance, and high cost-effectiveness; ideal for setting up heavy-duty, high-frequency tooling in workshop environments.
Produced from cast blanks and subjected to dual-stage aging, these tables offer superior vibration damping and more thorough internal stress relief. The surface flatness remains highly stable even after long-term, repeated tooling setups, making them well-suited for permanent, automated robotic workstations.

- CE Marking: Our D28 welding tables come with a CE Declaration of Conformity, meeting EU requirements for workshop equipment.
- Material Certificates: Mill Test Certificates are available for both S355 steel and HT300 cast iron.
- Inspection Documentation: Reports covering flatness, heat treatment, and nitriding hardness can be provided with the shipment for your internal quality records.
Q: What trade terms can you offer?
A: We support EXW, FOB and CIF. If you choose CIF, please share your destination port, and we will calculate the ocean freight and insurance for you. Other Incoterms can also be negotiated.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Standard sizes: 15–20 working days. Custom dimensions or special high-precision requirements: 20–30 working days. We will confirm the exact schedule once your order details are finalized.
Q: Can I buy only the tabletop first and add accessories later?
A: Absolutely. You may start with just the tabletop and basic kit, then purchase extra V-blocks, adjustable supports or clamps gradually as your projects expand.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We mainly accept T/T: 30% deposit upon PI confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
