A: T/T (wire transfer) is our main term: 30% deposit upon PI confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. L/C is negotiable for large orders.
A: The tabletop is protected with anti-rust film and hole protectors are installed. It is then packed into a fumigated plywood or solid wooden crate. Fixture accessories are packed separately inside cartons.
A: Sea freight to Europe takes around 25–40 days. Air freight is available for urgent small orders. We will advise the estimated transit time before booking.
A: 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover damage from overload, impact, improper operation, welding burn, or worn consumable accessories.
A: Please take photos and videos of the damaged packages and products immediately upon receiving. File a claim with the carrier and send us the evidence. We will support you with claim settlement and a replacement plan.
