Designed for heavy structural welding and robotic welding applications, this 3D flexible welding platform comes with a complete set of modular fixtures to create custom jigs and flexible work setups without custom-made permanent tooling. It maintains high flatness and repeat positioning accuracy for long-term mass fabrication.
- 3D Welding Table: Features D28 holes on the top surface and all four sides, enabling 3D positioning (X/Y/Z axes) and multi-angle clamping; the preferred choice for robotic welding.
- 2D Welding Table: Features holes only on the top surface; a more cost-effective option suitable for flat workpieces or simple frames, though it does not support side clamping.
- Manufacturing Process: Rough machining of plates → artificial aging for stress relief (to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation during long-term use) → CNC gantry milling for grid holes and surface finishing → shot blasting → nitriding/hardening (for cast iron versions) or protective painting (for steel plate versions) → laser engraving of coordinate grid lines.
Constructed from welded Q235/Q355 structural steel, utilizing thick-walled square tubing.
- Fixed-base stand: Heavy-duty and stationary; equipped with large-specification (M24/M30) leveling feet at the base, allowing for on-site fine-tuning to compensate for uneven flooring.
- Mobile stand: Fitted with heavy-duty, lockable casters to facilitate movement within the workshop—ideal for scenarios requiring frequent relocation of workstations. Note that the use of casters reduces the maximum load capacity; therefore, this configuration is generally not recommended for heavy-duty applications involving loads of 1 ton or more.
- Standard height: 820 mm (an ergonomic height for standing welding operations, consistent with common standards in Europe and the United States). Custom heights of 750 mm or 900 mm are also available.

Standard Warranty: 12–24 months for the welding table itself; 12 months for the support frame. Fixtures are considered consumables and typically carry a 3–6 month warranty (wear and tear on items such as locating pins and clamping heads is considered normal).
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from arc burns, impact from heavy objects, overloading by the customer, or lack of proper maintenance.
All D28 standard fixtures are modular components; they can be replaced individually, eliminating the need to return the entire unit for repair. Customers may purchase wear-prone parts—such as locating pins, clamps, and nylon plugs—separately at any time.
Available resources include: installation manuals, reference drawings for fixture setup, instructional videos on checking surface flatness, and guidance on selecting the appropriate fixtures.
For major client projects, remote video-based commissioning support is available. On-site technical support may also be arranged for select projects (travel and accommodation expenses will be charged separately).
