Nitrided D16 Welding Table Top for Heavy Metal Welding and Cutting Work is a modular 3D flexible fixturing plate built for heavy metal welding and cutting operations. Manufactured from stress-relieved Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron, this table top adopts CNC precision machining with Φ16 H7 holes arranged in a 50×50mm grid. Plasma nitriding treatment delivers high surface hardness, outstanding anti-spatter, wear and corrosion resistance. With strict flatness and hole position tolerance, it enables fast and repeatable workpiece clamping. Multiple tabletops can be spliced freely to expand working space, widely used for robotic welding, sheet metal fabrication, frame assembly and inspection. This item includes only the table top; support legs and fixture kits are sold separately.

The nitriding process—specifically plasma nitriding—diffuses nitrogen atoms into the surface layer of the steel; it is not a spray-on coating.
- Resistance to weld spatter: Weld spatter does not easily adhere to the table surface and can be tapped off lightly, reducing the need for grinding and cleanup while minimizing the risk of pitting.
- High wear and scratch resistance: Surface hardness is significantly increased, making the surface resistant to scratches from repeated clamping or the dragging of workpieces.
- Rust and corrosion resistance: Service life is vastly superior to that of standard black-oxide finished tables.
- No peeling or flaking: Unlike spray coatings, nitriding modifies the material's surface layer, so the finish does not peel off like paint.

- Modular flexible tooling: Positioning pins, quick-acting clamps, right-angle blocks, and V-blocks can be mounted at any location; eliminates the need for dedicated fixtures and allows for rapid reconfiguration when switching products.
- Five-sided drilling (3D welding table): D16 holes are present on both the top surface and the four vertical sides, enabling 3D, multi-angle clamping.
- Precision reference: Stable flatness ensures dimensional accuracy of the workpiece after welding and minimizes dimensional errors caused by welding deformation.
- Versatility: Compatible with global standard D16 accessories; clamps and positioning components are interchangeable.
Q1: What is your MOQ for the Nitrided D16 Welding Table Top?
A1: MOQ is 1 piece for standard sizes. For custom specifications, we accept small trial orders, but unit price and lead time will be adjusted accordingly.
Q2: What payment terms do you accept?
