- Avoid performing high-current spot welding directly on the table surface for extended periods; it is recommended to use a backing plate to protect the surface.
- Promptly remove welding spatter. Although the nitrided layer resists adhesion, a significant accumulation of spatter can impair positioning accuracy.
- Handle workpieces with care during lifting and placement; avoid heavy impacts near the edges of the holes, as any damage to the hole openings can cause positioning pins to jam.
- Periodically clean out any welding spatter from the holes using a wire brush to prevent them from becoming clogged.

A: Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days. Lead time may be extended for Grade 0 high-precision versions or custom requests.
A: Keep the Φ28 holes clean from weld slag and metal dust, use compressed air or hole brushes regularly. Avoid concentrated high heat welding directly on the tabletop. Check table level every 6 months and recheck flatness periodically.
A: Lockable mobile casters are available as an optional upgrade. However, the load capacity will decrease when fitted with casters, and wheeled bases are not recommended for long-term high-precision welding work.
A: Yes. Quick clamps, locating pins and stops are consumable accessories under frequent friction and impact. The tabletop has longer warranty, while fixtures are not covered under full long-term warranty. Spare accessories can be purchased separately anytime.
