- Aperture: Φ28mm (H7 tolerance reamed holes); compatible with standard M16 locating pins/locking bolts. Hole depth: 30–50mm, ensuring sufficient engagement for pins and providing high clamping rigidity.
- Grid pattern: 100mm × 100mm; a 2-inch (imperial) grid option is also available upon request.
- Optional etched reference scale on the tabletop (millimeter increments, permanently etched to prevent wear), facilitating quick marking and positioning.
- Optional wear-resistant hole bushings: Recommended for high-frequency tooling setup and teardown. These bushings can be replaced individually when worn, avoiding the need to scrap the entire tabletop and thereby reducing long-term operating costs.
- Five-sided hole configuration: Features a D28 grid pattern on the top surface and all four side faces. This allows for the mounting of fixtures in vertical or inclined orientations, enabling true 3D-space tooling—a significant advantage over 2D platforms, which only feature holes on the top surface.
