- Height Adjustable Legs: Leveling feet on each leg to fine-tune table height and compensate for uneven workshop floors, guaranteeing table flatness during welding.
- Optional Heavy-Duty Casters: Lockable industrial casters for easy moving of the whole table around the workshop; lock casters firmly when working to prevent shifting.
- Nitrided Q355 Steel Tabletop: High hardness nitrided surface repels weld spatter, resists scratches and corrosion, and provides long service life in harsh welding environments.
- High Load Bearing Capacity: Robust steel support frame designed for heavy workpieces like machinery frames, truck chassis, and large steel structures.
- Modular & Spliceable: Multiple welding tables can be connected together to build an extra-large working area, with hole accuracy remaining consistent after splicing.
- Stress Relief: After rough CNC cutting, the raw steel plate undergoes stress relief treatment to eliminate internal machining stress. This step effectively prevents the tabletop from warping or deforming after long-time heavy welding use, maintaining stable flatness permanently.
- CNC Precision Milling: The whole tabletop and 5 working sides are finish-milled by a large gantry CNC machine. It ensures uniform flatness and consistent hole position tolerance across the entire working surface.
- Hole Machining: All locating holes are reamed to H7 tolerance after drilling. Perfect fit with D28 positioning pins, no clearance, ensuring repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
- Shot Blasting: Shot blasting removes oxide scale on the steel surface before nitriding, to guarantee uniform penetration of the nitriding layer.
- Plasma Nitriding: Nitriding layer thickness: 0.25-0.5 mm. Surface hardness HV550-900. The layer will not peel off. Weld spatter can be brushed or knocked off easily without damaging the reference surface.
- Assembly Calibration: Support legs, adjustable feet, and casters are assembled and calibrated one by one before packing. Each table will pass flatness and dimension inspection.
- Packing method: Plywood case or steel pallet packaging, suitable for sea freight. Anti-collision protection on table corners.
- Shipping: We can arrange sea freight to Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP terms.

Q: What is stress relief and why is it important?
A: Stress relief removes internal residual stress inside the steel plate. Without this process, the tabletop may warp gradually under heavy load and welding heat, losing flatness quickly.
Q: What is the difference between painting and plasma nitriding?
A: Paint coating will burn and peel off when hit by weld spatter. Plasma nitriding is a metallurgical reaction forming a hard layer inside the steel, not a surface coating. It cannot peel off.
Q: Can I use casters to support the table during welding?
A: No. Casters are only for moving. Always lower the adjustable leveling feet to bear full weight during welding, otherwise vibration will cause dimension error and damage the casters.
Q: Can I buy spare legs or casters separately later?
A: Yes, we supply spare adjustable feet, casters, positioning pins, and clamps as after-sales parts.
Q: Can you mark inch scale on the tabletop?
