Steel plate cutting → Box structure assembly and welding → Shot blasting (to relieve internal welding stresses);
Rough milling → Artificial aging (constant-temperature heat soak);
Precision CNC five-sided milling (top surface and four sides machined in a single setup to ensure perpendicularity);
Drilling and reaming (precision reaming to H7 tolerance for locating holes, not standard drilling);
Grid scale engraving and cleaning;
Nitriding heat treatment;
Final precision inspection using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
