The D16 Modular Welding System Table with 16mm diameter hole pattern is a high-precision flexible fixturing platform engineered for modern welding and assembly production. Built around a standard 50×50mm grid paired with Φ16mm precision locating holes, this modular welding table supports free layout of all matched D16 clamping accessories, enabling fast setup, flexible positioning and repeated use.

Available in 2D single-sided and 3D five-sided configurations, it serves light and medium-duty precision fabrication, sheet metal processing, tubular frame welding, prototype development and robotic welding stations. Thanks to reliable flatness, excellent surface wear resistance and full modular compatibility, it effectively replaces custom dedicated jigs and greatly cuts down fixture manufacturing costs and product changeover time.

Compared to the D28 (ø28mm, 100mm grid, heavy-duty) system welding table, the D16 welding table features a finer grid pattern, offering greater flexibility for precise adjustments.

Suitable for:

  • Thin sheet metal, small-scale frames, tubular structures, and aluminum alloy welding
  • Precision non-standard components, prototype fabrication, and high-mix, low-volume production
  • Robotic welding workstations and bases for automated welding fixtures
  • Furniture hardware, small components for construction machinery, electric vehicle parts, and stainless steel products

Not suitable for: Extra-thick/heavy steel structures or extremely heavy workpieces (the D28 system is recommended for these applications).

Gas Nitriding (Standard on high-end models; the top choice for export)

  • Hardened layer depth: 0.25-0.35 mm
  • Surface hardness: HV450-630
  • Characteristics:
    • Weld spatter does not adhere easily, making cleanup effortless
    • Wear-resistant, rust-resistant, and resistant to minor impacts
    • Does not alter the dimensions of the welding table; the nitriding process is applied after machining, ensuring precision remains intact
