Five-Sided Perforated 3D Structure

Standard D16 positioning holes are machined across the top surface and all four vertical sides (front, back, left, and right). This design is not limited to flat-surface clamping; it enables rapid fixture setup for vertical welding, angled welding, and assembly involving part rotation, eliminating the need for custom-made angle-iron jigs.

Fully Modular Universal Tooling System

All accessories are standardized and interchangeable, allowing a single set of fixtures to work with any D16 welding table:
