Our D16 3D Flexible Welding Table for Rapid Tooling and Jig Setup is a full 5-sided modular grid fixture system tailored for modern multi-variety metal fabrication. Designed with dense Φ16 locating holes and standard 50×50mm grid spacing, this welding platform supports complete X/Y/Z three-dimensional clamping on both the top surface and four vertical side walls.

All matching clamps, locating blocks and quick lock pins are fully interchangeable, allowing operators to rebuild brand-new jig layouts within 10 to 30 minutes instead of waiting days for custom dedicated tooling.
