  • Advantages: Irregular parts, enclosures, and frames can be clamped on five sides simultaneously without the need to flip or reposition the workpiece, resulting in high efficiency and minimal cumulative error
Expansion and Splicing Capabilities

3D welding tables can be seamlessly joined using specialized positioning pins (T-locking pins), ensuring consistent flatness and hole alignment across the assembly. This allows for the creation of extra-large work surfaces, such as 2400×2400 mm or 2400×3600 mm configurations.

Ideal for: Extra-long and extra-wide workpieces, including large steel structures, construction machinery frames, rail vehicle bodies, and ship sections.

Maintenance and Servicing
  • Daily: Use a wire brush or air gun to clear welding slag and iron filings from the tabletop, and keep the holes clean
  • Periodic: Inspect the fixture for wear and check that leg bolts are tight on a monthly basis; the nitrided surface requires no additional anti-rust treatment
  • Long-term storage: Plug the holes with dust caps and cover the tabletop with a waterproof tarp to prevent prolonged exposure to moisture
