The D28 28mm Nitrided Cast Iron 3D Welding Work Table with Clamps is a five-sided modular fixture platform constructed from HT300 cast iron with complete gas nitriding finish. Features standard Φ28mm holes with 100×100mm grid pitch, delivering high precision flatness and perpendicularity. Complete with matched D28 clamping kits for flexible workpiece positioning and welding fixture setup. Widely used in heavy metal fabrication and batch welding production.
Materials and Craftsmanship

Base Material: HT300 high-grade gray cast iron (superior to HT250), cast with overall stress relief annealing. Reinforced structure with internal reinforcement provides deformation resistance and shock absorption far exceeding carbon steel platforms. Long-term heavy load flatness remains stable, with blank Brinell hardness of HB180~210.
Surface Treatment: Complete gas nitriding of the 3D welding table
Nitriding Specifications: Layer depth 0.25~0.3mm, surface hardness HV420~630
Advantages: High temperature resistance to welding slag splashing, rust and corrosion resistance, wear and scratch resistance, easy detachment of welding slag, prevention of platform rust and hole blockage. Standard process for high-end welding platforms.
