Heavy Duty 3D Flexible Welding Table with Jig D28 Welding Table is a heavy-load modular welding platform built with standard D28 hole system. Designed with five-sided hole layout and complete supporting jigs, it supports 3D omnidirectional positioning and rapid clamping. The nitrided tabletop features outstanding wear resistance and stable precision, well-suited for welding and assembly of heavy structural parts and large workpieces.

  • Hole jamming and improper insertion and removal of fixtures
    Reason: Accumulation of slag and corrosion inside the hole.
    Solution: Clean the holes with compressed air and apply anti rust oil; Polish the hole wall with fine sandpaper for slight rust.
  • The support feet of the 3D welding table are loose and the platform is shaking
    Reason: Failure to lock the anchor bolts and ground subsidence.
    Solution: Re level and tighten the bolts; Add cushion plates for reinforcement in areas with soft ground.
  • Welding slag adhesion on the surface of the welding table is difficult to clean
    Reason: Failure to pad fireproof board and direct contact with high-temperature slag.
