The HGZ-3 is a 3-ton self-aligning welding turning roll designed for light and medium-duty applications. It is widely used for circumferential welding of cylindrical workpieces, pipes, small tanks, and pressure vessels. Its self-centering structure allows the rollers to automatically adjust their angle to fit different cylinder diameters, eliminating the need for manual centering. The rotator features PU (polyurethane) rollers that will not scratch the surface of stainless steel or carbon steel workpieces. A variable frequency drive delivers stable, adjustable rotation speed, helping welders achieve consistent, high-quality weld seams.

The drive unit and idler unit are wrapped with plastic film. The control box and hand pendant are packed in a plywood case. We can arrange shipment by sea, railway, or express.
