D16 Modular 3D Welding Table
,Nitrided Surface 3D Welding Table
,Precision Metal Fabrication Welding Table
Designed for high-spec metal fabrication projects where tolerance control is non-negotiable, our D16 modular 3D welding table with nitrided surface offers a dependable modular fixturing foundation. Precision five-axis machining creates consistent Φ16 H7 holes on all five working faces, supporting versatile three-dimensional part fixturing. Plasma nitriding provides durable surface hardness that preserves benchmark accuracy under continuous production cycles. Multiple material and flatness options are available to align with your strict production standards for welding, assembly and metrology verification.Key Parameters
![]()
| Hole Diameter | Φ16 mm (H7 precision tolerance); hole spacing: 50 ± 0.05 mm |
|---|---|
| Tabletop Material | Available in Q355 steel or HT300 cast iron; undergoes artificial aging for stress relief to resist thermal deformation during welding |
| Nitriding Treatment | Features a 0.3–0.5 mm nitrided layer with a hardness of HV550–900+; provides resistance to weld spatter adhesion, wear, and rust, while preventing hole-wall enlargement from locking-pin insertion to ensure long-term positioning repeatability |
| Flatness | Standard ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm; high-precision (Grade 0) versions achieve up to 0.05 mm/m, suitable for automated robotic welding |
| Load Capacity | 700–1000 kg per leg, with a total static load capacity of 3–10 tons; multiple units can be joined to form a large-scale welding platform |
| Machining | Processed via multi-pass CNC milling; precision-machined on five surfaces (top and four sides) and equipped with reference scale markings for quick and accurate alignment |
- Weld spatter does not easily adhere to the table surface, making cleanup effortless; knocking off spatter is unlikely to damage the reference surface.
- The inner walls of the positioning holes are hardened, ensuring they resist wear and enlargement even with frequent insertion and removal of locking pins. This maintains long-term precision, unlike non-nitrided versions where holes can become oval-shaped over time and lead to positioning inaccuracies.
- The surface is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and offers a degree of rust protection, providing a significantly longer service life compared to standard black-oxide or painted finishes.
- It is highly heat-resistant, maintaining stable surface properties even under the thermal radiation of welding, and is not prone to peeling or flaking.
Each welding table is supplied with an inspection record, including a flatness report, a hole-spacing spot-check record, and a hardness spot-check report.
- Certifications: CE (Machinery Directive) and ISO9001. Material specifications, heat treatment certificates, and third-party inspection reports can be provided upon request.
- Packaging (optimized for ocean freight): The table surface is treated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in anti-rust film, reinforced with hardwood blocks, enclosed in a vacuum moisture-proof bag, and finally packed in a fumigated wooden crate or a plywood crate (ISPM 15 compliant). This ensures protection against high humidity and salt spray during sea transport.
- Minimum Order & Lead Time: 15–20 days for standard, in-stock items; 25–35 days for custom-sized orders. Lead times may be extended during peak seasons.
- Warranty: A standard 12-month warranty applies to the table body. The nitrided layer is subject to normal wear and tear and is not covered; damage resulting from impacts, arc burns, or deformation due to overloading is also excluded from the warranty.
- Remove weld spatter while it is still molten or before it fully cools. Use tools such as copper scrapers, brass brushes, or nylon scrapers; the use of stiff steel wire brushes is strictly prohibited.
- Periodically use compressed air to blow spatter out of the holes to prevent locking pins from becoming jammed.
- Apply a thin coat of anti-rust oil after use. For facilities in humid environments or near the coast, perform this maintenance after every use.
- When attaching the ground clamp, use a designated grounding block whenever possible. Do not strike an arc directly on the table surface, as the electric arc will erode the nitrided layer and create pits.
- Use only the manufacturer-marked lifting points for hoisting; never attempt to lift the unit by a single corner or edge.
A: Yes. Our D16 clamping set, locking pins, angle blocks and supports follow the international D16 standard, fully interchangeable with mainstream brand D16 fixturing accessories.
A: Yes, we can quote on EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP terms. To prepare an accurate offer, please tell us table size, table material (S355 steel or HT300 cast iron), flatness grade, working height, whether you need accessories, and destination port or address.
A: Yes. After order confirmation or deposit received, we provide 2D CAD drawings and 3D STEP files. We cannot release full editable engineering drawings for free before deposit to protect our tooling design. A simple outline drawing for your layout planning can be sent in advance.
A: Yes, third-party pre-shipment inspection is acceptable. Please inform us in advance. The inspection cost will be borne by your side, and we will cooperate fully with the inspector for flatness, dimension and appearance checking.
Whether you need a single table, a full fixture set or a large spliced workstation of the D16 Modular 3D Welding Table Nitrided Surface for Precision Metal Fabrication, send your requirements to us. We will work out the most cost-effective fixturing plan for your workshop.
