This self-aligning welding rotator features a four-bar linkage swing arm structure. The rollers automatically open and close to center the workpiece once the cylinder is placed, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of roller center distance. One drive unit and one idler unit work together as a complete set. Polyurethane-covered rollers prevent scratches on the workpiece surface while offering wear resistance and low noise. The system supports stepless variable speed and forward/reverse rotation.

Self-Centering Four-Link Structure
Synchronous swing arm adjustment automatically centers the workpiece when loaded. No repeated screw adjustment is required, enabling fast switching between different cylinder sizes and effectively preventing workpiece offset.

Wear-Resistant PU-Covered Rollers
High-elastic polyurethane rollers deliver strong friction and anti-slip performance. They protect the primer and base metal of tanks, run with low noise, and offer a long service life.

Variable Frequency Stepless Speed Drive
Equipped with a cycloidal pin gear reducer and VFD motor, the system provides smooth linear speed adjustment and soft start/stop without impact. It meets the varying speed demands of SAW and MIG welding.

The standard set includes one driving unit and one idler unit. It can link with a welding manipulator and welding positioner. The control box features forward/reverse and emergency stop functions. Wireless remote control is optional, with CE certification support for export.
