The D16 3D Welding Fixture Table is a high-precision, three-dimensional flexible welding platform developed specifically for the fit-up and welding of tubular parts and frame structures. Equipped with Φ16 H7 finely bored holes arranged on a 50mm grid across five working faces, it provides a unified 3D reference datum for positioning, supporting and clamping workpieces from multiple directions. After stress relief treatment and optional nitriding surface treatment, the table maintains excellent flatness stability under workshop welding conditions. It is widely used for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium tube frame fabrication, and supports offline fixture simulation, robotic welding integration and multi-table splicing to expand your workstation.

- 1. Hole Pattern: Precision-bored holes (Φ16 H7) arranged in a 50mm × 50mm grid, with a hole-spacing tolerance of ±0.05mm. All accessories — including pins, squares, V-blocks and clamps — are fully interchangeable across the entire system.
- 2. Structure: 3D design, functional on all five sides.
- Standard positioning holes are distributed across the top surface and all four sides. Side holes facilitate vertical mounting, lateral clamping and height extension, allowing for multi-angle assembly of tubular components.
- The base features an integrated structure with reinforcing ribs, eliminating reference-point deviations caused by welding-induced deformation.
- 3. Material Options:
- Q355 Steel (Welded Construction) with Nitriding: Nitrided to a hardness of HV550–950, offering excellent wear resistance and protection against weld spatter. This is a cost-effective, highly popular choice among overseas clients. Standard top-plate thickness is typically 12mm.
- HT300 Cast Iron: Stress-relieved (aged) for superior stability and vibration damping. Ideal for high-precision robotic welding applications; comes at a higher price point.
- 4. Precision: Standard flatness is ≤0.1mm/1000mm; high-precision (Grade 0) versions can achieve ≤0.05mm/1000mm (suitable for robotic welding stations).
- 5. Load Capacity: Classified as a medium-light precision system, well-suited for small-to-medium-sized frames. Compared to the D28 series, each leg supports approximately 700kg, with a total load capacity ranging from 2 to 5 tons.
- 6. Customizable Dimensions: Available in various sizes, such as 1000×500, 1200×800, 1500×1000 and 2000×1000mm. Multiple units can be joined together to expand the workspace.
| Size (L × W) | Table Thickness |
|---|---|
| 1000 × 800 mm | 12 mm |
| 1200 × 800 mm | 12 mm |
| 1500 × 1000 mm | 12 mm |
| 2000 × 1000 mm | 12 mm |
| 2000 × 1200 mm | 12 mm |
| 2500 × 1200 mm | 12 mm |
| 3000 × 1500 mm | 12 mm |
| 3000 × 2000 mm | 12 mm |
| 4000 × 2000 mm | 12 mm |

- Rapid Lock Pin (for D16 welding tables)
- V-block
- 90° positioning squares, adjustable angle blocks, stops and riser blocks
- Quick-action clamps, screw clamps and lateral tensioning assemblies
- Reference rulers and graduated markings for convenient positioning of pipe/tube lengths
- Flexible Reusability: Eliminates the need for dedicated, fixed tooling for every individual frame design. Switching between products simply requires reconfiguring the clamps — a process taking only tens of minutes — making it ideal for high-mix, low-volume production.
- Optimized Tube Positioning: V-blocks prevent round tubes from rolling, ensuring consistent diagonal dimensions and perpendicularity, while minimizing weld misalignment and deformation.
- Multi-Angle 3D Clamping: Side-mounted holes allow tubes to be positioned vertically or at an angle, reducing the need to flip the workpiece during welding.
- Consistent Precision: A unified reference platform ensures high dimensional repeatability for the same frame design across different production runs, simplifying quality inspection.
- Scalable: The system can be expanded — by adding positioners, robot bases or additional modular platforms — to facilitate an upgrade to an automated production line.
A: Standard sizes range from 1000×800mm up to 4000×2000mm. Custom dimensions are supported. You can check our size table above for reference weight.
A: We quote separately: bare table only, table + adjustable legs, or a full package with fixture kit. Tell us your workpiece type so we can recommend a suitable accessory package.
A: 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects (stress relief, machining, nitriding issues). Damage from overloading, direct flame cutting, heavy impact or improper operation is not covered.
A: EXW, FOB Shanghai, CIF and DDP are all available. We provide material certificate, hardness report, flatness inspection report and CE document on request.
A: Clear welding spatter and chips after use. Cover unused holes with silicone hole plugs. Lubricate locking pins periodically. Check level and flatness every 6 months for heavy production. Do not grind or hammer directly on the datum surface.
